Synopsis

THE DEATH-TRAP OF DOCTOR DOOM! After their victory over Loki, the world is all talking about the new team known as the Avengers.  Talk between the Fantastic Four about the Avengers where Ben says that he doesn't trust them because they have the Hulk with them.   Spider-Man swings by wondering if they were hiring and paying.  However the one person who the Avengers have angered is Doctor Doom.   Thirty-Six hours later a Major Bowman visits Tony Stark's mansion in Manhattan.   Jarvis shows Major Bowman into the room where the Avengers are talking.   Wasp mentions that she would love to meet Tony Stark to Iron Man.   Thor and Hulk begin to argue about Hulk's lack of clothes.   Jarvis introduces Major Bowman.  Major Bowman tells the Avengers about Doctor Doom and about his flying fortress.   As he speaking Doom's flying fortress takes off from Fort Monmouth.   Major Bowman and the Avengers go to catch Doom in a Jet-Copter.  Hulk punches his way into Doom's ship.   The Avengers land and Ant-Man orders Wasp to stay with Major Bowman and the Jet-Copter.  Wasp is gassed by Bowman who is working for Doom.  Hulk walks into a Teflon trap.  Thor is attacked by heat-seeking power spheres.   Iron Man finds Doctor Doom controlling all the traps in a control room but before he can attack Doom, a Doombot attacks Iron Man.  Ant-Man finds the real Major Bowman tied in another room.   The door closes and on a monitor the imposter Bowman reveals that he was in fact Doctor Doom himself.  Doom also reveals that he has captured rest of the Avengers.  Ant-Man uses his new Giant-Man formula and frees himself and Bowman.  He then frees Hulk.   The three of them find Thor who spins around so fast he tears a whole in the very fabric of reality to stop the power orbs.  The team saves Iron Man and Thor recharges Iron Man's armor.   As Doctor Doom is about to address the world and show how he has beaten the Avengers, using the trapped Wasp as a trophy, Thor's Hammer breaks through the wall and smashed the camera.  The Avengers attack as Doom tries to escape.   Hulk chases him and rips off his head reveling that it was a robot the whole time.  The Avengers shove the Major into an escape pod before blowing up the ship.
